Our Free Shipping is valid on all orders shipped in the Continental U.S. and applies to Standard Ground orders only. Shipping thresholds apply to merchandise only. Taxes and additional shipping and handling (if applicable) and the purchase of gift certificates and gift cards do not count toward the qualifying amount. The total order amount after any discounts are applied must be more than the threshold to qualify. Not valid for cash. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments.
If you choose to ship Expedited and are shipping to multiple addresses, you will be charged per address.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- Return Window Extended For the Holidays. Orders placed after November 1st and before December 1st can initiate Return by December 31st.
- Free Return Shipping Always in the continental US.
- All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and have the tags attached.
- All returned items are subject to inspection.
- No returns or refunds on items marked as final sale.
- No returns or refunds accepted for purchases used for commercial use.
- Please note, we do not offer free return shipping or exchanges for Canada, Puerto Rico, Hawaii , Alaska , APO, FPO and DPO.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Returns and exchanges are easy! If you are not completely satisfied with your order or would like to exchange it for another item, please visit https://returns.grayers.com/ to begin the process. You can select the items you would like to return and generate a shipping label online. If, however, you are unable to return the items online, please reach out to customer service at email@example.com or call 844.GRAYERS (844.472.9377) so that we can assist. All returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM
Exchanges are easy! To exchange an item, please visit https://returns.grayers.com/ to set up a return, which will be refunded to your original payment method. We recommend reordering the item in your preferred size or color so that you can have it sooner rather than later and perhaps more importantly, to avoid the risk of it selling out! On the other hand, if you prefer a straight exchange, please check the exchange box and leave us a note of what items you will be exchanging and the items you would like in exchange. If they are available, we will fulfill the request instead of issuing a refund. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 30 days of the date the order was fulfilled OR if purchased within the Holiday extended returns window -November 1st through Dec 1st- by Dec 31st. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of GRAYERS and may only be refunded as store credit.
While our 3-10 day standard shipping option and returns within the US are free over $150, all other shipping costs are not refundable.
GRAYERS does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to GRAYERS.
INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
- First, visit https://returns.grayers.com/.
- Provide the email address used to make your purchase.
- Check your email to start your return.
- Select the eligible unworn, unwashed items with their tags still attached that you would like to return as well as note the reason for the return.
- Generate and print the shipping label and ship the items back to us.
Once your package has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within seven business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
