Description

The legendary car coat has evolved over the years. Originally designed for the warmth and comfort of motorists during the early days of open top cars, the lengths have ebbed and flowed over time but almost always finishing around mid thigh. We kept our version simple- a brushed marled wool blend and finished with a light diamond quilted lining. At mid-length, its a great retro-inspired casual coat for daily use, even if your not vaunting a 1932 Pontiac Roadster.

    Measuring Method:  All measurements are in inches and based on a “flat” garment, as shown below. For comparison with one of your existing garments, please lay garment on a flat surface and follow the key measurement points. For chest and neck, if you double the flat measurement, you will get close to the full body measurement.  

     

    Body Length - measure from high point shoulder to bottom
    Shoulder Width     - measure from shoulder seam to shoulder seam
    Chest - measure from 1" below armholes
    Sleeve Length - measure from center back neck to shoulder seam to sleeve opening
    Neck Width - measure from neck seam to neck seam
